2. Summer vegetable risotto with parmesan sauce.

3. Beef two ways, braised short ribs, roasted fillet Mignon, spinach, wild mushrooms with a red wine sauce.

4. Seared scallop, roasted new potatoes, black trumpet mushrooms, baby carrots, shallot beet champagne vinaigrette.
